The Development of Serang District Government Business Process Mapping

This research examines the development of electronic-based business maps in Serang Regency by examining empirically design infrastructure development. The data collection technique used is Library Research on secondary data. Literature study was conducted to obtain depth object study. Data analysis carried out using content approach. results show that preparation process part management arrangement intended increase efficiency and effectiveness clear, effective, efficient measurable work systems, processes procedures each Regional Apparatus. one factors successful implementation bureaucratic reform regional apparatuses. Based results, it can be concluded this map a reference for apparatus carry within their respective agencies. Reforms aimed at carrying systematic planned changes towards better government administration order making State Civil Apparatus more professional, accountable framework realizing good governance.
